Administrative Fee: $150.00 (Per Household)

Security Deposit Range: $400.00 - $1,200.00 (Per Household)

Pet Deposit (Upfront): $250.00 (Per Pet)

Pet Fee (Upfront): $250.00 (Per Pet)

Pet Rent: $20.00 (Monthly Per Pet)

Damage Waiver Program: $15.00 (Monthly)

Trash Fee - Valet Service Fee: $36.00 (Monthly)

Pest Control Fee: $4.00 (Monthly)

Parking Fee Additional Space: $50.00 (Optional Monthly)

Detached Small Garage Rentable Item: $150.00 (Optional Monthly)

Detached Large Garage Rentable Item: $275.00 (Optional Monthly)

Clubhouse Rental Fee: $300.00 (Deposit)

Transfer Fee: $500.00 (Must Qualify)
