Pets are subject to a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus a $250 refundable deposit per pet, with a maximum of two pets per home. Additionally, residents pay $20 monthly pet rent per pet. These fees help maintain pet amenities and ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents.  

Yes, service animals are welcome at Ironridge at Hill Country in accordance with fair housing regulations. with proper documentation. Our team is happy to assist with any related accommodations.  

We do not have a weight limit. Certain aggressive breeds are restricted, and residents are encouraged to contact the leasing office or view the pet policy for complete details. These guidelines help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all residents and their pets.
